NEW SCHEDULING PLATFORM

We are so excited to launch our new scheduling platform, and our own app! Transitioning your account is easy: Just follow the simple steps below! ⁣

1.  Right here in our website - CoreStrong.Studio⁣
     a. Click on “My Account” on the navigation bar⁣
     b. Log in using your email address⁣
     c. Click “forgot password” and reset your password⁣
⁣
2.  Review and update Personal Information⁣
     a.  Check the box to receive email notifications⁣
     b.  Enter credit card information⁣
     c.  Check the box to apply account balance to upcoming charges (just in case you ever have a credit on your account!)⁣
⁣
3.  Credit Packages - Any remaining credits on your account from Sindro are in the process of being transferred onto your new account.⁣
⁣
4.  Memberships - Please follow steps 1 and 2 as soon as possible and your memberships will be transferred over.  ⁣
⁣
5.  Your previously booked classes will be transferred over up until June 1st.  If you’ve booked out classes past June 1st, please rebook those classes.⁣
⁣
6.  Our new app!  Our new app should be approved and ready to go by the end of this week.  Stay tuned!⁣
