FALL CHALLENGE IS COMING SOON!   
Mark your calendars! Our Fall Challenge begins on Sunday, September 11th and ends on Tuesday, October 25th (our birthday!).  6 weeks to take 24 classes.  Everyone completing 24 classes in 6 weeks will be entered into a drawing to win:

1st Place Winner - 20 Class Package
2nd Place Winner - 10 Class Package
3rd Place Winner - 5 Class Package

Your CoreStrong Team will be spending this time learning even more about the Lagree Fitness Method!  New and existing instructors will be going through Lagree Certification and all instructors will be taking intense advanced training.  We are so excited to welcome Senior Master Trainer Sharnee Lee Scott from Lagree Headquarters.
