COMBO CLASSES
Essentials or Mega Strong
Strength and cardio all in one class! 25 minutes of Lagree on the Megaformer followed by 20 minutes of climbing on the Versa Climber. There will be a 2 ½ minute transition between classes. Grip socks are required for the Lagree class and athletic shoes/sneakers are recommended for the climbing class.
