ESSENTIALS
LEVEL 1
New to CoreStrong? This is the perfect class to start with, regardless of your fitness level. This 45 minute class is designed to teach the essential Lagree moves that will prepare you to advance to our Foundations and Classic Strong classes. Your instructor will guide you through the essential Lagree moves focusing on correct form, pace, and transitions, to ensure you maximize your experience at the studio and get the most out of your workout. This is also an ideal class to take as a recovery or for pregnancy or injuries! Grip socks are required and are available for purchase at the studio.

FOUNDATIONS
LEVEL 2
Foundations is an intermediate 45 minute class, devoted to teaching the foundational moves that prepare you for Classic Strong and specialty classes at CoreStrong. In the Foundations Class, you will be guided through specifically designed routines, allowing you to master proper body alignment on the Megaformer and quickly build strength. Your instructor will guide you through the essential Lagree moves focusing on correct form, pace, and transitions, to ensure you maximize your experience at the studio and get the most out of your workout. This class is suitable for Pregnancy. Grip socks are required and are available for purchase at the studio.

LEVEL 3
Classic Strong is an Advanced level 45 minute class, not suitable for beginners or pregnancy. Modifications are not provided, as you are expected to be fast with your transitions, know the moves and be ready to be pushed beyond your limits! A minimum of 10 Essentials/Foundations classes are required before trying Classic Strong.
Routines in Classic Strong are designed with a combination of foundational and advanced moves, challenging variations and quick, smooth transitions. Reaching complete muscle fatigue each and every time you take this class is our goal! Grip socks are required and are available for purchase at the studio.

Sometimes your legs just need a break! The Arms and Abs class is focused on all upper body and core moves. We have blended many of our signature Megaformer moves with added plank variations and upper body isolations to take your Arms and Abs to the next level! You'll see increased definition and tone in your upper body and core by adding this specialized class into your existing weekly routine. A minimum of 10 Essentials/Foundations classes is required. This class is not suitable for pregnancy or beginners. Grip Socks are required and are available for purchase at the studio.

STRETCH STRONG
ALL LEVELS
Feel the strength and the stretch! Taking a rest day in between hard core workouts like Lagree, is imperative! Without recovery days, your muscles never have a chance to repair and strengthen. Adding Stretch Strong into your weekly routine allows for you to still get in a workout, without disrupting the repair to your muscle fibers. You’ll find that you will feel stronger and ready to push harder in your next CoreStrong workout after attending Stretch Strong. Grip socks are required and are available for purchase at the studio.
