Lagree Fitness is a high intensity, low impact workout performed on a machine called a Megaformer. Because the workout is low-impact, it is suitable for everyone at any fitness level, including beginners. The resistance on the Megaformer is adaptable to individual needs and goals, allowing beginners to start at a challenging yet doable level and gradually increase the intensity as you progress.
