New to Corestrong + lagree?
Along with reviewing all the information below it is required to arrive to your first class 10 minutes early. It gives the instructor a chance to explain the Megaformer, and the workout along with answering any questions you might have prior to class.
THE JOURNEY AHEAD
Lagree Fitness is so much more than just a workout.  Here’s what to expect before, during and after your first class:
  • You may be wondering,  where do I start?  Whether you are new to fitness or hard core, we highly recommend starting with our “Essentials” class.
  • What should I expect in class?  Get ready,  you’re going to sweat and shake!  Please wear comfortable workout clothes to be able to stretch and bend with ease. 
  • Grip socks are required while on the Megaformer! If you don’t have any, we sell lots of styles at the studio.
  • Arrive 10 minutes early. Your coach will explain the Megaformer to you and show you around the studio before class. In the meantime - click here to preview the Megaformer!
  • Parking is available in our lot and also nearby street parking, see map.
  • Your first class will feel a bit overwhelming.  With new moves, the slow place and spring changes, there’s a lot to take in! Not to worry – we’ve all been there! Our instructors are prepared to give you a great experience from day one!
  • Our classes are a great time for you to remove yourself from your busy schedule and focus on yourself. We ask you to leave your cell phones in the storage areas. 
  • The next day you will feel tighter, but not overly sore like in other workouts. It's different. It's an overall tightness after just one workout. When you see your body change in ways no other workout has done, you will come back for more and more. Even if you've never been a "workout" person. This workout will change your mind. You will actually start looking forward to working out and meet new friends along the way.
  • Cancellation Policy:  All classes must be cancelled online (either on the website or on our app). If cancelling less that 12 hours prior to class, it is considered a late cancel. With just 14 machines and most classes waitlisted, it is important that you learn and understand our policy right away.  
    •  Cancelling less than 12 hours before class will result in a $15 fee and loss of credit. 
    •  A No Show will result in a $50 fee and loss of credit.
    Please be considerate of our policies as they are in place to not only keep you accountable to your fitness goals, but also to accommodate all clients efforts to attend class. An empty megaformer means someone missed out on their workout!
And please don't be afraid to ask the instructor for help with whatever you are confused about.  We are here to help!
