HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
Clients who sign up for the waitlist are automatically enrolled into the class they are waitlisted for as enrolled customers cancel their reservations. This happens automatically up to 1 hour before class and the client is notified with an email. Adding yourself to the waitlist is the same as booking a class. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend

Please note that for non-waitlisted classes, if you arrive five minutes after the start of class, we will ask you to rebook yourself in a different class so you can get the benefits of the critical warmup and instructor's demonstration of new moves or variations at the start of class.
Note: for waitlisted classes, machines will be given to waitlisted clients at the start of class, not the five minute courtesy window.
CAN I SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT CLASS ON THE SAME DAY?
Yes! Sometimes our days just don’t go as planned! A class can be switched without a fee if changed at least 2 hours before on your app or the website. Please email the studio email@example.com to avoid late cancel fees.
May I request a class time that isn't offered?
Absolutely! We always take our clients’ needs into consideration. If you’d like to see a new class time added, email us a request at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT?
Minors age 14 and 15 are welcome to attend the Foundations class with their parent or guardian. Clients 16-17 years of age will require a New Client Waiver to be signed by their parent or guardian.
I'M INTIMIDATED! WHERE SHOULD I START AS A BEGINNER?
CoreStrong is a place for everyone from beginners to advanced athletes. We offer a non-intimidating, non-judgmental environment so you can learn how to work your body safely and effectively.
Our classes are graduated when it comes to difficulty. For beginners, we offer a Foundations class, which is devoted to teaching the foundational moves that prepare you for Classic Mega Strong and specialty classes at CoreStrong.
CoreStrong is a community of people that are proud of each other and there to support you - always. Those worries that you'll hold someone back or look silly if you can't keep up are just mind noise.
Please inform your instructor if you are new, have any injuries or just need a little extra t.l.c. Our instructors are there to help you each step of the way as you learn and adapt to our workouts. Remember that you have to start somewhere - why not start with our expert trainers there to help you?

DO I NEED A PRIVATE SESSION FIRST?
It's up to you. We do not require private sessions before joining our group classes, but we are more than happy to spend some time with you so you feel comfortable and confident. Contact us by e-mail and we will set you up with one of our trainers for a private session. Single private sessions are $60 and last for 40 minutes.
IS THIS DIFFERENT THAN A REGULAR PILATES STUDIO?
True. We are not a "pilates" studio. Our classes at CoreStrong include the amazing core-building and muscle lengthening principles of Pilates but with an added metabolism boosting and fat burning kick! Your Pilates knowledge will help you in all of our classes but you certainly won't need a Pilates background to enjoy the benefits of our classes.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Please bring a water bottle with you to class. We offer water filling stations for you to refill as you need but we do not sell plastic water bottles.
Grip socks are helpful in class and required. We sell them at the studio for your convenience.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
The most important thing is to be comfortable while you workout. With that said, clothing that is too baggy or lose will get tangled in our equipment and will be distracting to you. We also request no perfume or fragrances due to the allergies of some of our clients.
Help, My credits are about to expire...
... and I haven't been able to use them. No worries! Please contact the studio at email@example.com BEFORE your credits expire and we’ll be happy to extend your expiration date. Once credits have expired, unfortunately, there is no way to bring them back.
