HOME Screen

The Home screen shows you an overview, to view all of your reservations and waitlist reservations, click the "View All >" link.

At the top you can click to see your Stats and available guest passes.

Find studio updates at the bottom of the screen, simply swipe from right side of your screen to view all.

Click on the calendar icon at the bottom of your screen to open class calendar.
Find the class you wish to take, click on the 'Reserve' button
Click on your spot to reserve class
On the final screen you will find additional options available... you can Book a Guest (repeat process to book friends reservation), Buy Grip Socks, or Book Another Class

You will receive an email verifying your booking.

Waitlist

Join Waitlist

If the class you wish to take shows "Waitlist Only" click on that button to "Join Waitlist."

You will receive an email verifying your waitlist reservation.

If the class shows "Waitlist Full" check back at a later date to see updated status.

Cancel a Class

Cancel a class / Waitlist

Click on the Class or Waitlist Reservation you wish to cancel to open it. Then click on the "Cancel Reservation" button.

If you have booked a friend, and need to cancel, you will need to cancel your friends reservation in addition to your own.

You will receive an email verifying your cancellation.

Add Booked Class to Personal Calendar

Adding your booked class to your personal calendar is no-sweat.

Once you've booked your class simply click on the calendar icon in the upper right corner.

Send Text to Friends to Join You in Class

TEXT FRIENDS

Effortlessly text your friends to join you in class!

Once you've booked your class simply click on the share icon in the upper right corner, choose text / who to send to & send.

FInished.

Check Yourself Into Class

CHECK INTO CLASS

Open your app once you have arrived to class and click on "check in."

Or allow our friendly front desk staff to check you in.

Purchase Membership, Credits, Grip Socks...

Click on the Shopping icon at the bottom of your screen.

Need more Credits? To sign up for a Membership? This the place! Find your desired option, add to cart and purchase.

Need Grip Socks? Find the socks you'd like to purchase, add to cart and follow the checkout process.

You will receive an email verifying your purchase.

History of all the classes you’ve taken
Purchases you’ve made
Current Membership/expiration date, Available credits
Payment Methods - update credit card info
Personal Information - make name changes, email address changes, change password, etc.
Communication settings - turn on email so you won’t miss special announcements or newsletters, turn on text - waitlist notifications by text is coming soon!
