THE SPRING CHALLENGE!  
During the month of April, you were challenged to take 16 classes in 30 days.  We had a record breaking number of 81 participants with an amazing 44 of you completing the challenge!  No wonder it was so hard to get into class!

​You may be wondering why do we have challenges?  It's simple.  To help you create a habit.  It might take you 30 days to create a habit, but that habit could change your life for the next 30 years or more!
