Regular physical activity is one of the most important things people can do to improve their health. But, less than 23% of Americans get the recommended 150 minutes per week of exercise. Regular exercise enhances mood, reduces stress and contributes to a person’s overall feeling of well-being, not to mention enhances longevity, delays aging and combats health conditions and diseases.
I for one believe that if more people could establish a consistent workout routine, the world would just be a better place!
We maybe can't change the world, but we can help make changes in our own communities. CoreStrong wants to be a big part of that change. And that's what our Summer Challenge is all about! Please read on for the details.
ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?
Starting June 15th through August 15th, we want to challenge you to bring your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, etc. We'll even comp their first class! Our goal is to introduce others to the numerous benefits of physical activity and you never know, it may just change someone's life!
Each time you bring a guest, each of you will be entered into a drawing for a one month unlimited membership! The more guests you bring, the better your chances of winning!
What do you need to do?
1. Contact the studio at firstname.lastname@example.org for a guest pass. Your instructors can also help you with this.
2. Sign your guest up for either "Back to Basics" or "Foundations".
3. Make sure they arrive at least 10 minutes early for class.
4. If your guest can't make it, please contact the studio as soon as possible to cancel the reservation.
5. The free class is for new clients only and 1 time only.
