WORKING OUT WITH FRIENDS IS THE BEST!  
This summer, CoreStrong has opened up our classes and provided free guest passes for you to invite your friends.  We love to share the workout that works like nothing you've tried before!

Do you have friends and family that you'd still like to invite?  Please talk to an instructor or contact the studio at [email protected] to book your guest for free.  Hurry, this offer ends on August 15th!

One lucky member and one lucky guest will each win a one month unlimited membership in our drawing on August 15th.

POLICY REMINDERS  
In order to keep classes running smoothly and allowing as many clients into classes each day as possible, CoreStrong has a 12 hour cancellation policy.

However, if you are ill, please cancel as soon as possible and contact the studio to receive a refund for your late cancel.

We greatly appreciate your consideration for others and cancelling as soon as you know you are no longer able to attend, will allow another client to take your spot.
