Each class is an energizing, low impact 40 minute full body workout on the state-of-the-art Megaformer. Using slow controlled movements, spring-loaded resistance training and constant engagement of your core, you will strengthen and tone muscles you didn't even know you had!
BASIC STRONG - FUNDAMENTALS
You must be a beginner before you can be anything else! This beginner class is designed to give new clients a better understanding of the Megaformer and the Lagree Fitness Method. This class guides you through the essential Lagree moves to ensure you maximize your experience at the studio and get the most out of your workout. We recommend this class be taken three to four times as a new client, to set yourself up for success!
MEGASTRONG - INTERMEDIATE
This 40 minute, total-body workout is a high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to keep your muscles under constant stimulation (even the ones you didn't know you had) with no rest in-between moves. Our classes combine the key components of physical fitness - strength, endurance, cardio, balance, and flexibility, not only in every class, but in each and every move. The Megaformer will strengthen and lengthen your muscles, improve endurance, and shape your body in ways you didn't know were possible. The classes are set to upbeat music, and the moves are performed at a slow, controlled pace to maximize muscle engagement. Get ready to sweat! We encourage taking the Fundamentals class 3 to 4 times before advancing to the MegaStrong class.
INTENSIVE - ADVANCED LEVEL
Are you ready to take it up a notch? Think all of your favorite moves with added challenges, tension and time! 50 minutes! You will receive a head-to-toe body sculpting sweat session that will leave you feeling STRONG! Due to level of intensity you MUST have completed a minimum of 10 classes in order to sign up.
ARMS & ABS
Sometimes we just don't think our legs can do another lunge! We get it. Our Arms & Abs class is the game changer you have been looking for. Add this specialized class into your existing routine to see increased definition and tone in your upper body and abdominal region. The primary focus of this class will be strengthening your core and defining your arms, chest, and back. We have blended many of our signature Megaformer moves with added plank variations and upper body isolations to take your Arms & Abs to the next level!
This class is a Pilates and Yoga inspired flow focused on a series of dynamic stretches and core strengthening exercises. All performed on the Megaformer to allow for a greater range of motion to increase joint mobility and flexibility with the purpose of healing, stretching and strengthening your body to get you ready for your next class!
