Happy Birthday CoreStrong!

A LITTLE BIRTHDAY REFLECTION .....

Nine years ago, I opened the doors of CoreStrong with a simple belief: that strength changes lives. Today, as we celebrate our 9th birthday, my heart is full. I'm so thankful for our amazing team, whose thoughtfulness and care show up in every class, every correction, and every word of encouragement. You are the heart of this studio, and I couldn't do this without you. To our clients, thank you for trusting us with your fitness goals and for showing up, day after day, to do the hard and rewarding work. Watching you grow stronger, both physically and in confidence, is the greatest gift I could ask for. Through it all, I'm as convinced as ever that Lagree and the VersaClimber are the most effective and efficient ways to train, and I feel honored to share them with this incredible community. And to my husband, thank you for your endless patience and support through the early mornings, late nights, and all the time this dream has asked of me. None of this would be possible without you in my corner. Here's to nine years of strong, and to many more ahead together.

I'm so excited to invite you to join Morgan for her new classes on Sundays at 4:30pm and 5:40pm, and Mondays at 1:10pm! Morgan spent the summer teaching a handful of classes, and she's been a joy to watch grow. She's a quick learner, brings great energy, and is ready to take on more. I have a feeling you're going to love her classes as much as I do. Come show her some CoreStrong love, grab a spot, and bring a friend. You won't want to miss it!

Have you spotted a surprise class credit or a little extra cash in your account lately? That's no accident. Meet CoreStrong Loyals, our brand-new rewards program! Every class you take earns you points, and there's nothing you need to track or sign up for. Once you hit a milestone, your reward lands in your account automatically. And the best part? The rewards keep getting bigger as you climb to "Devoted" and "Legend" status. Imagine a private class just for you and your friends. Yes, please! We'll reach out personally when you reach that level. For now, just keep showing up, keep getting stronger, and watch the rewards roll in!
