What is the Lagree Method?
Lagree Fitness is a high intensity, low impact workout performed on a machine called a Megaformer. Because the workout is low-impact, it is suitable for everyone at any fitness level, including beginners. The resistance on the Megaformer is adaptable to individual needs and goals, allowing beginners to start at a challenging yet doable level and gradually increase the intensity as you progress.
The slow and controlled movements performed on the Megaformer will engage your muscles in a way that promotes muscle growth and definition, while improving your strength and endurance. It’s a full-body workout that targets multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Building strength, especially core strength can help with improving your posture, reducing the risk of injuries and enhance overall health and functional fitness.
With no more than 14 clients at a time, our coaches will give you personalized and in-depth instruction, and pay close attention to your form. Your workout at CoreStrong is not only time efficient (just 45 minutes), but also extremely effective. You’ll start to feel results in days not months!
