Our classes at CoreStrong include the amazing core-building and muscle lengthening principles of Pilates but with an added metabolism boosting and fat burning kick! Your Pilates knowledge will help you in all of our classes but you certainly won't need a Pilates background to enjoy the benefits of our classes.
